Built for real disruption

A new number should not mean losing touch.

When your phone number changes, the hard part is making sure the right people actually save it. ContactRelay helps you send one clear update to people who already know you, then lets them save your new contact card.

How it works

Update your details once. Let people save the right card.

Relay Tokens pay for sends. Vault memberships save selected contacts so you are ready faster the next time your information changes.

Add details -> choose contacts -> preview -> send -> recipients save

1. Add your new contact info

Enter the phone number, email, or details people should save now.

2. Choose existing contacts

Add people who already know you through a personal, professional, or business relationship.

3. Preview the message

Review exactly what recipients will see before anything is sent.

4. Send one relay

Use a Relay Token to send a one-time informational contact update to the recipients you selected.

5. Let people save your card

Recipients open a secure 14-day link and download your updated contact card.

Do you sell contact data?

No. Contact data is used to send the relay campaign and provide Contact Vault only if you enable it.

Are recipient lists public?

No. Recipients receive tokenized links. ContactRelay does not publish recipient lists.

How long do recipient links last?

Secure recipient links are designed to expire after 14 days.

Will recipients be asked for sensitive information?

No. ContactRelay recipient pages do not ask for passwords, bank details, credit card numbers, verification codes, or payment.

Do unused contacts roll over?

No. One Relay Token covers a single one-time update to the recipients you select. Unused contact capacity does not split into multiple smaller sends.

Who can I send to?

Only contacts with whom you have an existing personal, professional, or business relationship. SMS recipients must have given permission for this update or expect it from the relationship. ContactRelay is not for cold outreach.

Can I use purchased or scraped lists?

No. Purchased, scraped, rented, borrowed, lead-generation, political, debt-collection, and unsolicited promotional lists are not allowed.

What do SMS recipients see?

SMS messages identify ContactRelay, link to the secure contact card, and include Reply STOP to opt out and Reply HELP for help.

Can recipients report suspicious messages?

Yes. Recipient pages include a report suspicious option so abuse can be flagged.

Do you offer abuse protections?

Yes. ContactRelay uses tokenized links, private recipient lists, audit logs, and a report-suspicious flow so recipients can flag misuse.
